Shipping Instructions
at SAFARIS WEST STUDIO.
North American
Trophies - When sending your trophies to be mounted, please:
1. Be sure that the
items being sent are properly preserved (see our notes on salting).
2. Wrap salted hides
in burlap or cloth. Any moisture trapped in a plastic bag may cause irreparable
hair slipping or rotting of the hide.
3. Please enclose
a letter stating who the trophies are from and instrucitons for mounting
and mail a copy to our office so we can be watching for your shipment.

Number
Hunting License
Number
Tag Number or
Seal Number
4. Make sure that
every package is carefully addressed, and that your name and return address
appears on the outside of the package. If the contents are perishable or
need immediate attention upon arrival, please mark the package accordingly.
5. For shipments
coming from outside the continental U.S., make sure all of your paperwork
is in order and that the correct permits have been applied for and received.
Put a complete set of papers in the box, attach two sets to the outside
and send another to Western Taxidermy. We CANNOT process your order without
the proper papers and permits and you may be subject to storage charges
or additional shipping expense if permits are not immediately available.
